If your posting time is right, I am about 20 minutes behind you on the getting to sleep part. My list(s) are still not done but energy is. Perhaps Mark will have an extra patient drop in that will get me just enough time to finish packing. Oh well, whatever I forget I'm sure I can borrow from my sisters when I get home :)CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU!!
I think your expectations are FAR TOO HIGH - TWO meals to your family in the next two days .... you're not Wonder Woman, Gretchen. Save yourself the hassle of trying to create the perfect Christmas.
Just tell the family that you've instituted: 1 - Monday Jammie Day, 2 - Tuesday No Bathing or Teeth Brushing Day, 3 - Wednesday (all day) Fasts, 4 - Thursday No Clothes Day (think of all the laundry you'll eliminate), 5 - Friday No Toys Day (everyone must sit still on a chair and do nothing but read, or quilt), 6 - Saturday No Talking to Mommy Day, and 7 - Sunday Visitations after Church (and of course EVERY Sunday you'll get a headache and have to stay home).
:)
Haaaaa! Way funny and I'm making a chart for the week with your suggestions! Just returned from the first stop on the "Tour". Lots of fun, lots of kids. . .I think I might move "No Talking to Mommy Day" up a few days in the rotation! Merry Merry! G
